Since day one in 1997, Slingshot has been a trailblazer in the pursuit of making things better. Slingshot has always been innovating ahead of the curve. Slingshot started as a bookstore and coffee shop before “let’s study at the coffee shop” was cool. In 2000, before people knew what a textbook rental was, Slingshot rented textbooks and created a premier Equitable Access (EA) auto-fulfillment course delivery service before subscription box services were a thing. At Slingshot, student success is at the forefront of everything they do. In partnership with higher education institutions, Slingshot believes the industry can change together.
