Senya is a unique substitute management platform that provides a simple interface between schools and subs. Schools can easily post a job that can then be quickly viewed and accepted by our pool of subs. Once a sub has completed their job, schools can easily rate their sub, much like rating an UBER driver. Subs that maintain a minimum 4 star rating can qualify for up to an additional 25% bonus based on how many jobs they complete in a month. Our biggest goal is to help fill 'teacher-less' classrooms with qualified people who want to help make a different in kids lives!
