Founded to give communities access to the training, recruitment, retention and development tools that exist inside of giant corporations. Workbay LLC is a mother-daughter founded SaaS company that launched in 2015 to close workforce gaps for communities, particularly focused on providing engaging and accessible resources to individuals under 25 years old, and individuals making less than $25.00/hour. Workbay grew out of our experience in CEO Mary Hayes’ previously founded company, Engage Learning Systems. Engage built training programs and content delivery systems for 30 Fortune 500 companies, in 6 languages and 45 countries.
