Software Management, LLC (SMLLC) is among the oldest software firms in Kentucky. For the past twenty years, SMLLC has focused on providing fully integrated PC-based system solutions for county clerks throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky. With its origins through the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives (KDLA), who selected SMLLC to provide an automated local government records indexing system specifically designed to serve the county clerks, the system is kn as CCLIX©, (pronounced "clicks"), county clerk indexing, is currently being utilized in three-fourths of Kentucky's county clerk offices.
