Pull Logic is a cloud-based SaaS platform that uses proprietary technology to address lost sales from stockouts for the retail industry through a Product Availability Network. The technology connects customers to their desired products, even if a product is out of stock at a particular retail location. Pull Logic’s technology uses machine learning to determine acceptable product substitutes that would delight the customer and data-driven recommendations for inventory replenishment to maximize the sales potential. The technology is based on Dr. Benoit Montreuil and his team’s research at Georgia Tech’s Dept. of Systems and Industrial Engineering.
