We setup and administer low cost, high quality traditional 401k plans and Pooled Employer 401k Plans (PEP's) for groups of employers, trade associations, RIA's, and Chambers of commerce. We provide pooled employer 401k plans to small and medium size businesses at no cost to the employer. We charge employees 25 bps annually. We have no setup fee and no termination fee. We are an approved software vendor with the U.S. Department of Labor to electronically file the annual return for a 401k plan. We work with investment providers such as TD Ameritrade, Vanguard, Fidelity, Schwab, Wells Fargo, LPL and dozens of others. We do not restrict the types of available investments and receive no fees or commissions from the investment providers.
